Yes, we offer a variety of dark chocolate vegan options including some truffle flavors using coconut milk.
Currently we use a dark variety with 54.5% cocoa. We're looking for a dark with 60% or higher for those truly dark lovers. Our milk chocolate is at 32% cocoa.
Once we are up to full capacity, we'd like to offer Chocolate Subscriptions. Once a month we will make deliveries to surrounding areas with preassembled boxes of chocolates. From May-September chocolates will be available at the Marion Farmers Market in Taube Park, Saturdays 8-11am.
We are located in Springville, IA, in what is known as a cottage kitchen. We are a residential property that is exempt from state licensing and inspection.
